Tickets are all sold on board. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard and Eftpos.
Do you have parking available?
Weekend and long-term parking is available at the Auckland Downtown Terminal. Drop-off and loading bays are available on the eastern side of the Ferry Building and on lower Albert Street.
Do you accept Super Gold Cards?
Unfortunately we do not offer this service.
Can I travel to Rakino Island from Westpark Marina?
At this time there is no interconnecting service available.
What happens in the case of bad weather?
It may be necessary to postpone a particular service. Passengers are advised to call the customer service line for updates. Ph 09 4166 344.
How much luggage may I carry?
Passengers can bring one carry on item (equivalent to a banana box) and a medium suitcase (equivalent of 2 banana boxes) free of charge.
Additional items (dependent on space being available) including small bottles of LPG (max 9kg) or petrol cans (max 20L) are allowed at a rate of $4-$6 per item. Please download PDF for exact luggage specifications.
Can I bring a dog or a cat?
Yes , suitably restrained dogs and cats are permitted free of charge.
How can I transfer large amounts of freight?
