Where can I purchase tickets?
Tickets are all sold on board. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard and Eftpos.

Do you accept Super Gold Cards?
Yes, we accept Super Gold on all our services from 8.50am onwards.

What is the difference between a ten trip ticket and a weekly pass?
A ten trip ticket is valid for ten trips and has no expiry date on it. A weekly pass is only valid from Monday to Friday for the week purchased.

Do you have parking available?
Westpark Marina - Parking can be found opposite the shops at the marina or roadside on Clearwater Cove. There are no parking charges, although please make sure you do not park in the 30min parks around the shops.

What happens in the case of a cancellation?
Very occassionally we are forced to cancel due to either extreme weather or other unforeseen situations. If we are forced to cancel, please go to your regular departure point as usual and a staff member will assist you. If necessary we will transport you by road to your destination.

Do you accept bikes?
Yes, but limited to one bike at a time on our smaller vessels and two at a time on our larger ones.

Do you accept dogs?
Animals are not permitted on board unless used for special needs purposes.
